Crownway Community Centre is looking for volunteer trustees to join our Management Committee and become a vital part of the centre! To help us grow, we need to recruit members of the local community who feel that they could be committed to the vision and values of the Centre.
Crownway Community Centre is a project that the Earlestown Baptist Church agreed to undertake in January 2000 to provide a community facility for the use of residents of Earlestown, Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside. Our aim is to improve the quality of life of the people of Earlestown. As the project evolved, the Crownway Community Centre Management Committee and constitution was formed, and the building work started during the first week in January 2005 and completed on 31 August 2005. The Centre opened to the public on 31 October 2005. We have developed into a very busy centre. To help us grow we need to recruit members of the local community who feel they could be committed to the vision and values of the Centre.
